We would kindly ask your agreement with the 3D Consortium's purposes of activities before applying for registration in the Sub-committees.
An application shall be made by the person in charge (liaison) by sending a completed "Sub-committee Registration Application Form" to our Administration Office(info@3dc.gr.jp) as an attachment to an E-mail. A "Receipt and Confirmation of Registration Application" will be sent as an E-mail from our Administration Office. After such an application, all the information related to the Sub-committees will be sent to the person in charge (liaison). The following is an outline of the detailed activities of the Technical Sub-committee, Contents Sub-committee and Safety Guidelines Sub-committee:

Technical Sub-committee

Activity Policy
Considering the trends in the market, promote activities which lead to development of technologies and business.

Activity Plan

1. Launch of a proposal system for new projects organized by the government.
2. Clarification of the trends of the market, technologies and challenges related to each application via study sessions.
3. Increasing the appeal of the activities of the 3D Consortium by organizing conferences.

Contents Sub-committee

Activity Policy
The working group had set out to contribute to exploitation of 3D contents businesses by gathering information from companies and organizations which provide 3D technologies and provision of the information to contents-related companies and creators.

Activity Plan

1. QoE3SD WG's Activity.
2. Creators Lounge: CL
   Interviews with creators will be continued. Seminars will be organized as required.

Safety Guidelines Sub-Committee

Activity Policy
Promote further enhancement and dissemination of the "3DC Safety Guidelines" which is required as an industrial basis. Specifically, the following activities will be conducted:

Activity Plan

1. By cooperating with the project to promote research about 3D infrastructure by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, reflect interim outcomes of the project into the "3DC Safety Guidelines" as quickly as possible.
2. Actively become involved with ISO's preparation of a draft of safety guidelines concerning 3D promoted by the above project and maintain consistency with the "3DC Safety Guidelines".
3. Promote preparation of operational guidelines.
4. Organize safety guideline seminars as required.

When there is any change in the information in the member list, please make a re-registration to the administration office in "Membership Registration Amendment Application Form". Please underline the changes on the form.
